O’Reilly Industries LLC (“OIR”) offers a 1 year, repair or replace (at our discretion) *warranty on qualifying attachments. If you believe you received a faulty product from OIR, you must contact us immediately. You may NOT alter, attempt repair or otherwise affect the unit without written approval from O’Reilly Industries LLC. Please call our main number at 763-742-6473 for more information.
*All warranty claims are subject to the Terms of Sale (“TOS”) found on our website product page, or below on this page, and at the bottom of the original sales invoice. Warranty subject to verification of claimant purchase and TOS. Customer is responsible for freight and other charges related to transporting the unit to and from our location in Hutchinson, MN. If your unit does NOT qualify for warranty repair, we will attempt to provide a solution to get your unit back up and running at your expense.
